In Melvyn’s presentation ‘A Rail Engineer – The Journey So Far’, he will share his project challenges and successes, from his beginnings as a rolling stock trainee through to managing the handover and completions of tunnels and stations infrastructure on Australia’s biggest public transport project. He will discuss the available frameworks engineers of today can utilise to progress their careers, the value of continual learning and the importance of giving back to the industry.
