International Women’s Day 2021 #ChooseToChallenge
Happy International Women’s Day everyone! The theme this year is #ChooseToChallenge and we challenge you on this day and every day to strive for a more gender equal world.
This IWD, RTSA NSW Chapter have teamed up with Women in Engineering (Engineers Australia) to co-host a Student Rail Careers Information Night, with an excellent panel of women working in rail at varying stages of their career. The Q&A panel will include discussion around challenges faced as a women in a male dominated industry, career highlights, and sharing of hints and tips, as well as encouragement for students to join us in the rail industry.
