MR. VINCE GRAHAM IS THE WINNER OF THE RTSA INDIVIDUAL AWARD FOR 2005 IN RECOGNITION OF HIS OUTSTANDING RECORD OF ACHIEVEMENT AS A RAILWAY ENGINEER, PLANNER, ADMINISTRATOR & LEADER IN A CAREER THAT SPANS SOME 35 YEARS.

 

Mr. Graham has served in a variety of high level managerial positions with the State Rail Authority of NSW, the National Rail Corporation & GrainCorp. Presently he is the Chief Executive Officer the Rail Corporation of NSW. His contributions include oversight of the rail capital works program of the Keating Government, the acquisition of National Rail’s Dash 8 locomotive fleet and a review of the 2002 Salisbury Level Crossing accident. Many of the innovations that can be seen today in the management of the Australian railway industry, including the transport & handling of bulk materials such as coal and grain and interstate freight, owe their success to initiatives introduced by Mr. Graham.
