NSW Chapter Event: RTSA student rail industry networking night
Overview
The Railway Technical Society of Australasia (RTSA) NSW/ACT Chapter is holding a networking night for students to meet with representatives from the rail industry. With a large pipeline of projects, the Australian rail industry is in need of engineers to help deliver and maintain rail networks. This event will provide an opportunity to engage with professionals to learn more about the rail industry as well as the career pathways in rail.
The event will comprise of short sessions with various subject matter experts from the rail industry as well as introductions to graduate programs at our partnering organisations.
Our partnering organisations include Mott MacDonald, Transport for NSW and Alstom.

Refreshments and drinks will also be provided.

About the speaker
Oliver Lake MIEAust CPEng NER, NSW/ACT Chapter Chair for the RTSA
Oliver is a rail and rolling stock engineer currently employed at Transport for New South Wales. He has been involved in the rail industry for eight years and has experience of cross disciplinary involvement in all stages of the asset lifecycle in rolling stock and ETCS. He is also the current chair of the RTSA NSW/ACT Chapter.
