THE DISTINGUISHED RAIL CAREER AWARD IS OFFERED BIENNIALLY TO A PERSON WHO HAS MADE AN OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO THE RAILWAY INDUSTRY.
The Distinguished Rail Career Award will next be awarded at CORE2026, nominations are open 9th February to 22nd March 2026.
-The RTSA Biennial Distinguished Rail Career Award is offered to a person who has made an outstanding contribution to the Railway Industry in Australia or New Zealand. The award, if made, comprises a trophy, which will be presented at the Awards Presentaon Ceremony at the Gala Dinner at the 2026 Conference on Railway Excellence (CORE 2026) 17 – 19 August 2026, Adelaide, AUS. The award includes complimentary registration, airfares and accommodation at CORE.
