June 25 @ 5:45 pm - 7:30 pm AEST

Overview

The NSW/ACT branch of the Rail Technical Society of Australasia is convening an in-person presentation at Engineers Australia’s office in Barton, Canberra to provide a technical update on Stage 2 of the Canberra Light Rail. The scope of the presentation will discuss the asset management strategy of Stage 1, the use of urban design to enhance rail safety for Stage 2A and the process for development of requirements for new system elements of 2B concept design. This in person event is an important opportunity to gain an insight into Canberra’s largest infrastructure project as the construction for Stage 2A is about to commence and discuss rail technical matters with the project’s key technical minds.
