The RTSA VIC/TAS Chapter have organised a site visit to the Victorian Tunnelling Centre on Wednesday 11th October 2023.

Join us for a complimentary tour of the Victorian Tunnelling Centre located at Holmesglen Institute’s Drummond Street campus in Chadstone, Victoria.

The centre includes state of the art training facilities including:

1. A replica mined road tunnel
2. A replica tunnel boring machine tunnel
3. A 7.2m-tall tunnel boring machine cutterhead
4. 2 multipurpose engineering workrooms
5. Virtual reality training programs
6. Tunnel shaft and concrete lining spray simulators
7. Working refuge chamber.
