On Friday 30th June, the NZ chapter had its June event, the Safety Liability of Road and Rail, presented by Dr. Murray King.

Murray’s presentation outlined the evolution of transport law, and examined some cases where a disparity exists between road and rail liability, and suggests how the disparity could be corrected.
